If you’d like to speak, we’ll help you with talking points. Our city needs thoughtful, informed voices on issues affecting our community. Email us at 805speakeasy@gmail.com for support.

We also encourage attendance at Ventura County Board of Supervisors meetings (every other Tuesday at 9AM at the Ventura County Government Center). If you’re interested in showing up, reach out.

Democracy Needs You — Join Our Voter Registration Team!

805 Speak Easy is organizing voter registration and Get Out the Vote (GOTV) events in 2026 across our community and once monthly at Moorpark College and California Lutheran University.

We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help register voters, talk to neighbors, and make sure every voice is heard at the ballot box. to start, you must review our training zoom.
